These terms apply to all visitors to the website and all registered users of the platform, including tutors, learning center administrators, and parents accessing the parent portal.

E. Intellectual Property

The Jigewi Huluci website, platform interface, software code, design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by United States copyright law and other applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website or platform without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your right to use the platform is limited to the license granted by your account agreement.

F. Disclaimers
